Unlike their chums, hamas and hezbollah (and the houties), the Iraniacs don’t protect their military/industrial assets with civilians.
It wouldn’t take extensive effort for Israel to destroy their bases, ports, nuclear plants, refineries, and critical infrastructure.
It’d be a learning opportunity for the axis of evil.

Short of nuclear war, it would be a huge effort for ANY nation to destroy all, or even a fraction of Iran's "bases, ports, nuclear plants, refineries and critical infrastructure".

Israel's strike won't be all out war, but a message that Iran's attack won't go unanswered. It will be narrow, and on a military target, with limited casualties. I suspect one of the lessons learned will be that Iran's defenses are nothing like Israel's.
