Sickening that one juror held out for a conviction. It would be real justice to see that person’s life ruined by an illegal.
I understand there was only one juror that refused to go along with all the others and find him innocent. There’s basically no physical evidence to tie him to the shooting. Even if there were, he still has a right to defend himself & his property.

There is no evidence that the bullet that hit the victim came from the rancher’s gun since the bullet wasn’t found. There is no case that can be made against the rancher.
