Are national parks in the Constitution?

If not, that seems to be something that states can take back.

If I remember correctly, the first areas that ranked park status were both in California, Kings Canyon and Sequoia. But since California was a state they gave the parks to the state. When they seized Yellowstone, Wyoming was not yet a State, so the national Park service was formed to protect it. It would seem, statehood would negate the National Park service.

National Parks are Federal Land. The Governor has no say so in how it is run.

"Are national parks in the Constitution?"

Nope!

We can thank the man who hammered the first nail into the Republic's coffin... Teddy Roosevelt...

Teddy was the camel's nose that got under the tent...
Greased the path for the Marxist presidents who followed:

Wilson - FDR - Johnson - Peanut Farmer - Clinton - Obunghole - Jill Biden...

IAC, it's all over now... No use bitching...
The sheeple have exactly what they want and deserve...
