No, they don’t. Interestingly the USA offers almost everything for sale to foreigners but the reverse is shockingly NOT the case. Go to EconomyinCrises and look at the business and acres bought by foreigners.
We are so stupid about this....we can buy no land in Mexico for example. Just try buying land in CHina.
