If the races were reversed, heck if a black student punched a white person, would we even hear about ?

Bad, but it doesn’t seem that he deliberately spit at the black person, more like he just spit off the balcony, still not good, and it happened to hit a person below, who happened to be black. The kid still needs to be thought manners that you don’t go around spitting anywhere.

I grew up in Connecticut, and when I went to see “Jaws” as part of a birthday party in nearby Hamden (age 12) I was so bored I was one of the brats throwing Jujubes towards the front. I might have hit a black person. I won’t know until final judgment.

Sorry, but I will not take upon myself the guilt incurred by another person. Doesn’t matter if that person is my ancestor, descendant, cousin, or has a skin shade that some consider to be the same as mine.
A story that isn’t even worth making the local news let alone national, but it can be twisted into good anti-white propaganda, so buzzfeed loves it.
Wow, when I was a high schooler, I went to DC for the Model UN. I represented Mauritania very poorly.
We proceeded to throw them at anyone we could from the balconies. We didn't care, black people, white people, brown people whoever had the misfortune of being an easy target.

Good thing they didn't catch us after one hit a black person, that would have made us racist!
When they have to go to this length to find “racism”, it kinda proves that there really isn’t any.
My first reaction is that if the kid meant to hit a certain person b/c of race, he’s a helluva good shot with the old spittoon.
On second thought, he was at the African-American museum, so odds are any random spit may land on an African-American. Doubt me: do a spot check of racial makeup of visitors at various DC Mall museums, only one has any significant AA presence.
