According to reports, a copycat trucker convoy intends to visit Washington, D.C. I suggest they rethink their plans. The participants will be incurring great risk for minimal, if any, potential benefit.
First, the risk. The police, prosecutors, judges, and indeed the jury pool in the District of Columbia are so partisan that Republicans and constitutional conservatives can be arrested, prosecuted, convicted, and jailed without having committed any crime. Indeed, it appears from the example of the January 6 prisoners that they can be jailed indefinitely without the legal system even bothering about prosecution or conviction.
On the other hand, Democrats and leftists will not likely be arrested, and if arrested, not likely prosecuted, and if prosecuted, not likely convicted, and if convicted, not likely to get meaningful punishment. Knowing this, they can act provocatively with little fear of being called to account for any crime they may commit during the provocation. This double-whammy of one-sidedness in the criminal "justice" system creates great legal risk for any Republican or constitutional conservative who may set foot or wheel within the geographic boundaries of the District of Columbia.
As to potential benefit, a demonstration requires two things to be effective: some warm bodies to show up in public and lots of sympathetic publicity. Because of the nature of the corporate media, any freedom-supporting trucker convoy will never get the sympathetic publicity necessary for an effective demonstration. Instead, the "mainstream" media will demonize the demonstrators. Admittedly, this is gradually changing with the emergence of alternative media and distribution of information via the internet, but this is not yet sufficient in scale to outweigh the mass effects of the corporate media. Too many apathetic Americans still rely on the alphabet media and the New York Times echo chamber.

all they need to do is circle DC, drive continuously and as closely together as is safe, at the minimum required speed (40 mph on highways?? then they’re doing nothing illegal - no blockades, no illegal parking, stopping or standing. film it all...
give the DC storm troopers no excuses ...

I can’t tell if the author, William Marbury, is a sincere patriot, or if he’s sent by the deep state because they’re terrified of the truckers.
I know if they drive up the price of my tea I will be pissed. Its just a bunch of drunk morons dressed as Indians attacking cargo ships. Nothing will come of this.
And, the truckers are relatively safe because none of these 'woke' elites and know-it-alls can't drive a truck. So, the truckers are really more skilled than they are.
There’s always the idea that things are already so bad, we really have nothing to lose.
What if all this talk about how the truckers need to stand down is nothing but orders coming from George Soros?

I admire what is being done in the name of peaceful protest. Just not understanding what the endgame is on this one.
I’ve asked a few here at work if they know about this. No one said yes. It’s not being covered by the media and with all the talk of WWIII in the news I doubt this will become a story.
But if you happen to be rollin down an interstate when their convoy does, you’ll wonder what the heck is going on.

But, if I were organizing that thing: Make 2 laps around the Beltway, make a lap up and down Pennsylvania Ave, and head home. Then stop delivering anything that is headed to a Democrat run city or all, but a few, state Capitols. Let the liberal hipsters, who think the tomatoes grow in the vegetable aisle, start feeling the pressure.

Those fool “minutemen” need to know the risks: first, the British Army will roll over them in an unstoppable wave and those lucky enough to survive will be sentenced by the Crown to a living death in the prison hulks.
Secondly, they have to know that the majority of the colonists will just sit by and watch or maybe even help the Redcoats hunt you down and kill you.
