Thanks for the ping, FRiend. I didn't know Daffynition well, but this is very sad news of course. Yes, very nice tribute by her son. Great photo as well.
Yikes... Daffy spent thirty years as a teacher in the Hartford (Connecticut) Public School system. That's rough territory... even going back 30 years.

I think a lot of people found Daffynition to be a charming person on FR. Apparently, she was that way in real life, which does not surprise me!
