First the verdict, then the trial. If there is any possible influence to be derived from the foregoing, then it may necessary to manufacture some “evidence”.
A vast sympathy vote for Trump continues to grow. No matter how many times the persecution (there is no real “prosecution” going on at the moment) seems to have dashed Trump to the ground, he arises more vigorous than before. Do they not realize what they are doing?

Judge Merchan is winning ‘his’ case. He just fined Trump $8,000 dollars for violating the gag order.
Trump should file a lawsuit for violation of his 1st amendment rights, while Merchan’s selected witnesses are allowed to talk all they want against Trump.
A lawsuit could immediately put the court case on hold until it’s reviewed by the SCOTUS.
Now, Merchan is threatening to put Trump in jail if he violates he gag order again. It would be interesting if the secret service guards would allow Trump to be jailed and it they would be forced to be in jail with him for his safety. At that point, it should be Merchan who ends up in jail for trying to stop Trump from speaking and then trying to jail him.
Goes to show you that Democrat judges are imbeciles.

Well if you are winning why stop or change course?
At the end of the court session Trump should come out and NOT talk about the case. He should talk about policy and what he will do to better the country when elected: border security, keeping taxes low, reduce Biden regulation, Iran sanctions, strong military, etc... He’s getting the media coverage there so he might as well draw contrast between he and Biden instead of repetitively claiming what a scam the trials are. Everybody knows that already.
