Western Elitist Intellectuals, and their liberal dupes in the press, refuse to acknowledge the hostility between Islam (note I do not use the qualifier "militant") and Christianity. Thus the red herring of Israel as the root cause of the friction between the Muslim world and the west. Israel provides the Muslim propagandist with the cover to launch a covert terror war against largely Christian democratic free societies.

This Muslim lead propaganda assault against the west is meant to obscure the threat Islam presents. Any attempt to clarify who the parties are in this war on Arab-backed terror is met with howls of racism from interested parties in the conflict who wish to conceal their bias against western democracies.

The thin veil of moral justifications for opposing the west in this struggle is nothing more than a clever tactic employed by Arab-sympathizers to exploit certain presumptions and general historical ignorance woven into the fabric of American society by socialist leaning parties. These parties find the concept of man's inherent freedoms and liberties to be perverse to their notion that people are inherently weak and need paternalistic leadership to function in a civilized and lawful manner. Therefore, any exercise of America's sovereignty to protect these freedoms and liberties is repugnant to them and must be repulsed.

The alliance in our political spectrum between the far left and the Islamofascists is simply a means to the desired end. The opposition to our pro-democracy foreign policy has an incentive to label our enemies as "victims" of this policy because they seek to undermine our democratic and capitalistic system by manufacturing another issue that is fail-safe in rallying such anti-American institutions such as the UN and EU, and thereby deflect focus away from the Islamic threat against America. Victim status within the international community shields Islam from relevant scrutiny of its past and present practice of spreading its radical religious doctrine across the globe while subjugating and destroying other cultures.

Christians, indeed Americans of any religion, whom are persuaded by the counterfeit issue of Israel, advanced by Islam, become unwitting pawns in the Islamist’s strategy of Jihad against America.

I'm curious to know what is meant by a "largely Christian democratic free society." I see very little evidence of Christianity in most Western nations these days.

Huh!! Why stop there? If the moose limbs get their way re: the annihilation of Israel (G-D forbid), it would rouse them to such a frenzy of triumphalism, their focus would shift to the conquest of the USA (western Europe and the UK would have fallen like a house of cards).

By population estimates from census data the majority of ppl in every country in the western hemisphere are Christian. As to the issue of the liberal's hostility toward any public manifestation of this great religion...

I don't really care what people claim to be when it comes to answering a question on a census form. To quote Robert Bork in one of his best-selling books: "Americans may assert that they are religious people, but religious values do not inform their moral decisions any longer."

If the U.S. were truly a Chrisitian nation, Al Gore would have received about 10% of the popular vote in the 2000 election.

AC I have no quarrel w/ you... my original point was the expansion of Islam as the dominant religion in America (also the stated goal of the Islamists) will garantee religious freedoms will perish. And that means those ppl that are observant Christians (or Jews, ect...)will brutally oppressed by Muslims who don't recognize plurality in their Islamic states.
