What does this mean?
At it’s most basic meaning, I’d say:
“Seek Salvation in the Lord while you’re still alive”
It was during the 1980s that I was seriously reading the Bible
I went to my Mother’s church - though I had been Baptized before, I asked to be Baptized again and I asked the preacher to announce to the whole church that I was publicly declaring my Faith in Jesus Christ as my Savior
What a wild ride it has been since then - but the Lord has delivered me through much
Acts 2:38 comes to mind
And John 3:17-18
When the 7-year Tribulation of ‘Peace and Security’ begins, it will be difficult to be a Christian.
At the midpoint, when the Mark of the Beast comes, Tribulation Saints will pay with their lives. But there will be many Saved.
Though they be killed, they WILL live forever, starting during the Millennial Reign after Armageddon.

Insinuating that there will be a time when He won’t be.................
Isaiah 55:6-7

6 Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call ye upon Him while He is near:
7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts:
and let him return unto the Lord, and He will have mercy upon him;

It is a bit ironic that MacArthur is preaching on “seeking the Lord while he may be found”. As a Calvinist, John believes that God chose his own in eternity and there is nothing anyone can do about it. He also believes that mankind is totally depraved and has no ability or inclination to seek God at all.
So how sincere is John’s message?
I definitely do not agree with 5-point Calvinism
I believe that ANYONE can come to
the Messiah Jesus Christ for Salvation
