CONTRIBUTIONS TO GRAY DAVIS LAUNDERED BY KANAKARIS?

SACRAMENTO - Financial documents filed just days ago reveal that the contributions made by Alex Kanakaris to Governor Gray Davis' campaign may have been laundered through his publicly traded company - which would be a direct violation of the law.

Kanakaris Only Reported Political Contributions Went to - SURPRISE! Gray Davis Kanakaris has made only three contributions to political causes according to records obtained from the California Secretary of State's office and the Federal Election Commission. All three of those contributions were to Governor Gray Davis.

After Davis received $25,000 in campaign contributions from Kanakaris, Davis agreed to attend a seminar designed to help "pump" the stock price of the Kanakaris microcap company that the SEC has accused of engaging in stock fraud and manipulation.

Davis Helps Promote Kanakaris Stock at Taxpayer Expense Just Three Days After $10,000 Check The final check from Kanakaris to Davis came just three days before the Kanakaris stock-promotion seminar, but Davis administration officials insist that the taxpayer-funded trip by the Governor had nothing to do with the campaign contributions.

They also insist the contributions had nothing to do with the promotion of the stock pumping seminar on the taxpayer-funded state of California Governor's website.

Kanakaris May Have Laundered the Money Used in the Contribution New data shows that illegal activity may also have taken place.

The latest Kanakaris Wireless (OTCBB: KKRW - trading for four pennies per share) quarterly report shows that the company expensed out $13,500 in "contributions" - a new designation to their quarterly report. This coincides with almost the exact same amount contributed to Gray Davis in the same time period by Alex Kanakaris himself - as an individual.

Campaign contributions cannot be reimbursed or funneled through other parties unless properly identified at the time the contribution is made that the individual or organization is serving as "an intermediary."

Shareholders Are the Victims of Both Kanakaris and Davis

If these funds were indeed for a reimbursement, then Mr. Kanakaris has broken the law in their process of making a political contribution to Governor Davis' campaign. Both Kanakaris and Davis have a duty to clarify this point.

And what is most sad is that it will have been done at the expense of retirement funds and savings balances for innocent shareholders who feel that Alex Kanakaris swindled them out of their money.

It seems that Gray Davis served as a willing accomplice.

Darth Davis: "There's nothing more to see here"
Press: "There's nothing more to see here"
Davis: "Move along"
Press: "Move along"

Hey, I saw Star Wars over the weekend. That pic reminded me of lines from the movie.

more... How much more can we stand? My eyes are starting to glaze over. At some point the more slimy Davis is shown to be, the more the Dems must wonder if he's just being 'piled on'. Where is the Attorney General? Who is not connecting these dots? Enuf!

And her little buddy Fred Keeley, my very own 'representative'.

Freddy Keeley is outta there. I just loved to see all the snivelling about it in the Leftist snot rag newspapers - - about how the Demroncrats "betrayed" Freddy in the redistricting. I think he has got some dirt on him not even the Demroncrats want to touch...

Now if we could just run Sam Farrce out, we would be really doing better. How does that moron keep getting electerd? What an embarassment to the Central Coast. Have you ever heard any of his speeches on the House floor? Some of the STUPIDEST topics you could imagine...

``I think it was more the personal appeal to him than a $10,000 contribution,''

Yeah, right!! Thanks for the ping. I hadn't read of this before. He "didn't know....", etc., etc. Taking lessons from Hildebeast, looks like. I only hope people who are registered follow through and vote Gov. Doofus out.

Sammy Farr, the "little bureaucrat" Sammy...I treasure the letters he sends back to me in response to mine. Filled with malapropisms, ludicrous non-logic, and dim witted babblespeak, they are little gems that keep me laughing whenever I need comic relief. Whatta a f***ing low rent non-entity. I guess Panetta kept him around to go for donuts.

It was funny seeing Keeley get nailed by the vicious filth who run his party, wasn't it? All the crocodile tears.."how could they DO this to me!".."After all I've done for them!". Hah. So much for the "we're the party of loving compassion" crap. All the clueless hippies in Santa Cruz were left standing dumbfounded at the crass, bare knuckled power politics that the state RAT party was practicing. All to get Dennis Cardoza a safe seat.

The natives are restless in Santa Cruz. Vic Marani and the Pubbies didn't try all that hard on the Utility Tax measure, and they were attacked in Division strength by the SEIU and every public employee union, but still it passed. Maybe some reality is creeping into the brains of some of the aging boomer leftists...

The same thing is happening in Salinas. The press conferences, the snivelling and the threatening is in high gear. They saw what happened in Santa Claus County. And, if it can happen there, it can happen anywhere.

It's kind of funny to see people getting jacked on their PG&E bill and the liberals telling them paying more is better, especially with the power situation and the PG&E bankruptcy. Utility taxes are definately not a popular idea.

I hope the Republicans in the state legislature axe the car tax. These municipal governments have gotten out of control. With a 2/3 majority vote as leverage, they had better do something. I hope all this chaos is played right so the Demroncrat losses filter down to the local levels. I'm so tired of these special districts in addition to the counties and citties...

I certainly hope people can see the similarity of Davis' antics with Clinton's antics. And ... hopefully it will manifest in a major defeat for the dems in November.

Dead on. The reality is that no one paying the taxes in this state wants to keep paying and getting nothing back except subsidized housing and general welfare.

The amazing thing is how little effort was expended, how clueless the Republican party was in pushing the whole thing. They literally got broadsided in the month before the election: I think the opposition had a final tally of spending $400,000 to fight Measure M, and the Repugnants spent maybe $60,000. And still it passed by a comfy margin.

It tells me that there is far more support among the electorate for tax relief than the socialists here might suspect, but that our side is utterly incapable of organizing to make it happen. If you want to help the process along in Salinas, be as vocal as possible and be prepared for an all assault. They want your money and they will do anything to get it.

Excellent find.

I have been posting for months, just wait until we get into the amounts of money that have been laundered by people like this POS, Kanakaris.

One of the biggest tricks and the hardest one to follow is when these POSes donate money to a so called non profit like the enviral green outfits. For example a $20,000 donation is given to Club Wreck the Economy in the Name of the Envirornment. The donor when delivering the check remarks that he hopes that Fascist/Criminal Davis has enough money to be re elected.

Then, Club Wreck the Economy in the Name of the Envirornment takes its laundering fee of about 20 to 30% and donates the remainder to their Rat of choice like Herr Davis. Say the donation was $20,000, the enviral whackos would keep about $4,000 and then write a check out to the Re Elect the Criminal Fascist Davis Fund for $16,000!

Of course no wonderful enviral whacko organization would ever do this. More of evil Grampa's vile thoughts.
