Okay time for Davis to steal all of the power from Oregone and Washington that he can.
Then, he can blame this heat wave and the shortage of electrical power on Enron, Cheney and President GW.

No worries here. Governor Davis was on T.V. last summer with a shovel in his hand beginning work on the many new power plants that were going to be on line by this summer, so we won't have ANY power shortages. Wasn't he?

He did utilize that shovel to break ground for new plants often. I'm sure he's just waiting until Stage Two to flip the switch on those.

Grayout Davis is really sweating now!Let the dimbulb sweat in the dark with the other NIMBY Kalifornicators.

LOLOLOL.. Let's Not be Too Hard on the Guv .. He's raising money as fast .. as .. urrr .. He's building and pushing for more plants everyday .. He really IS.. Unfortunately the stagnant economy is no longer a good place for corporations to operate in. He could use his executive powers .. But No, he has another fund-raiser up first .

And so it begins.
Maybe every conservative in the blue enclaves should deliberately burn as much power as possible, just to trip rolling blackouts.

I thought GrayDown had boasted he solved the power crisis? Looks like on top of the budget mess, along comes this ISO Stage One Alert to remind people everything they dislike about the Governor. Good grief, its like he needed Mother Nature to bring along a heat wave this year instead of last year when we didn't have one.

Hey, I'll spend an hour or two without juice if it will get of the Gray menace.

At 3 pm, it was 104 on our back deck in the shade!
Tomorrow is supposed to be even hotter.

Actually the Davis Recession and under performing economy prevented a lot of blackouts last year and will help Davis re less blackouts this year.
One of the best kept secrets is how this recession in Kali has resulted in massive reductions in electrical useage by businesses that closed their doors or are operating less hours than in 2000.
Somehow, the reality of how we are squeaking by without blackouts last year and this year need to be tied into the Davis Recession and slumping economy.

Very Good Point! Less companies and businesses , less demand for power...
That GraYouT is a genius.. He single handedly fiXed the energy crisis ...Not! LOL

It's nice to see that Drudge has this up. I'd hate to think of Gray-out Davis missing any well deserved attention.

Peak demand at 99+% of peak capacity.
That's close.
To: skeeter
What is the exact temperature of a sumbich, anyway?
