"Cooking the books"-- Kalifornia 'Grayout' style--

When the California governor says the 'budget is balanced', it becomes IMPERATIVE that we have a clear definition of IS!!!

Compared to the governmental accounting units--Arthur Andersen IS a saint, IMHO.(Arthur Andersen's figures might be wrong, the government's ALWAYS are.)

More grim news on the overdue budget reached lawmakers Wednesday as the Legislature's fiscal adviser revealed that the spending plan pending in the Assembly could saddle the state with five more years of multibillion-dollar deficits.

Oh really? Well, using that logic, it will probably go a lot longer than five years, provided our kinder and gentler electorate keeps on sending liberals to Sacramento to protect us all from the vast right wing conspiracy and spend the state into oblivion.

Can any Kalifornia budget ever be balanced - so long as Kalifornia chooses by making its welfare state so generous to be the one state half of all aliens in the U.S. (and most illegals) choose to live in?

With Kalifornia's choice to let aliens have welfare denied them by welfare reform comes hordes of schoolchildren it must not only educate - but build ever-more schools for. A couple years ago, an advocate for welfare for aliens went on Nightline - and admitted Kalifornia would have to build a new school daily just to stay in place.

Get the sticker!
