Sigh. This modern generation, with it's "semi-auto" this, and "bloc clip" of "External Magazine" fed that...what's wrong with a nice Enfield? or a Springfield? *grin*
I agree- I own a Ar for fun, but I'd take either of your choices over the HK squirter for business.
Wouldn't mind playing with it though.
I like Enfields. I would like them better if there was cheap ammo available. I like Mausers (got a Czech, a Yugo, and a Swede) and I really like my Swiss K-31.
I guess you could use the HK for your rat killin'.
