I am trying to look at this from only a accountability of judges stand point.

I was one of those who thought...just let the poor girl go.
But then I started learning things. That stuff had not been allowed into court and that there was no modern MRI and other things...THAT I THOUGHT FOR SURE HAD BEEN LOOKED AT. BUT THEY WERE NOT.

And with things being pointed out..and reported even by the MSM...about Greer not letting things into testimony and lack of a modern MRI......I think Greer should have ordered a new third party evaluation. AT LEAST A MODERN MRI!

Greer has steadfastly refused to allow any evidence of past abuse into the court records and has ruled, albeit contrary to Florida Statutes, that Schiavo’s self-serving hearsay constituted “clear and convincing” evidence that Terri would want to die, basing his 2000 order of death on Schiavo’s testimony.

Schiavo and his attorney, euthanasia advocate George Felos of Dunedin, maintain that there is no hope of recovery for Terri, however, numerous medical experts have disagreed, saying that with therapy she could improve and possibly regain her speech such occurred recently in Kansas in the case of Sara Scantlin who began speaking 20 years after sustaining a serious brain injury as the result of an automobile accident.

Unfortunately I don't think a modern MRI couldactually be performed, from information I've seen - some elctrode type thingies she had embedded in her brain in the early 90s... I could be wrong, But I think that is actually why one hasn't been done.
