Certainly all the stink the libs raised over warrant less wire taps and snooping on bad guys, they wouldn’t do anything like this without a warrant. </sarc>

That pic was taken before she got married. She was Megyn Kendall, now Kelly.
I said something to the order to Megyn once and she laughed quite hard.

Read the thread on Michelle Malkin’s Blog where her source explains what happened. The actual email ‘hacker’ (though he just gained access via the ‘forgot your password’ function on Yahoo) wanted to have /b/ do the heavy lifting of downloading all of her files because he didn't know how to. The user who confessed appears to be tied to an elected Democrat in Tennessee who supports Obama.
