That just means you told 17 black people to stop screeching and move along.
That averages out roughly to a complaint a year. I don’t know if that’s good, bad or indifferent. Seems to me the nature of the complaint should be the issue rather then the number.

In 20 years is less than one a year. Any crank can make a complaint and the police accept them. The officer was rude to me when I complained about my neighbor walking around without a shirt.
