Yes, Scott Ritter is right. There may well be propaganda mills in America. It certainly looks like he is running one of them. I have been seeing Scott Ritter on TV and he almost seems hysterical.
I want to ask him. Has he been threatened? Are they holding his wife and kids? Blackmail comes to mind. The difference between what he said in 98 and is saying now is just bazaar.

There is plenty of logic in Scott's opinion. It is better for the US to focus on the enemy, it is for the hundred time, ISLAM. That will take us to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Iran as the root cause of the hate ideology. Iraq is not the birthplace of that hate. The American policy makers are greatly mistaken to take their eyes off the ball.
