Look - I have no idea what or why you are posting and responding to.
But you all seem to be bragging about posting classified info on this forum.
If it is in fact classified, you are a bunch of sick puppies.
It doesn't seem to be classified anymore. You can get it from two-hundred different sources by now on the net so what does removing this post actually do? It keeps conservatives in the dark about important parts of the National defense debate. Although, if you keep up with the debate you could glean most of the conclusions this paper gives without actually reading the print.
