MAN ARRESTED IN TEMPLE, WANTED ON 40-COUNTS OF CHILD RAPE

A Tennessee man who was wanted on more than 80 felony counts is in custody in Central Texas. Temple police and Federal Marshals took 60-year old Horace Hollis, into custody Wednesday afternoon. He was wanted on 40-counts of sexual battery and 40-counts of rape of a child. Authorities say he was traveling with a carnival. Marshals spotted him in the parking lot of Temple’s Colonial Mall. Crabtree amusements notified authorities after a routine background check turned up arrest warrants. Hollis will remain in custody in the Bell County Jail until extradition proceedings are complete

With all due respect, forget "locking them away". Send them on to the next world, for they've soiled this one for far too long.

I certainly hope you're not advocating violating this fellow's civil rights.
That just wouldn't do. Give him a fair trial, than hang him.
Or they could just turn him loose in the jail yard after letting the other prisoners know what he was in for.

He's in for a rough ride, there's no doubt about that. Inmates have a great time with child molesters. Odd that we have to rely on the criminals to dispense real justice, but whatever works...

It's epidemic. It is not just the catholic church. They are everywhere and multiplying. Many of the victims repeat the behavior.
In my own life there have been two brushes with this sort of thing with my kids. What else happened that I never found out about?
My son's Mormon friend was abducted at a supermarket less than a mile from my home. Luckily he broke away from the guy but the police picked him up and found wires strung in his shoelaces. That's what he used to strangle his victims with.
In the files of the government office where I worked there was a picture of the dead body of a 12-year-old boy who was murdered by this same pervert and his body dumped on government property. I will never be able to get that picture out of my mind.
A local psychiatrist, who is a nutcase himself, shipped him off to the state hospital where he was kept for a time and released.
About a year later I picked up a copy of the Des Moines Register and saw he had raped and murdered a little girl from St. Joseph, MO.
Finally the guy killed himself in a St. Louis jail.
My son's friend suffered trauma from that experience for a long time, needed counselling, and lived in dread that they would have to go to Missouri and testify.
If the man would have been kept locked away that little girl would be alive today.

Child molesters should be executed. I don't believe they are ever successfully "rehabilitated", and we should not have to pay to keep them alive.
