The enemies of freedom never rest and never quit. They merely call old philosophies by new names; the old Communism/Marxism became "progressive thought"; when progressivism became socialism, and when that developed negative PR, they changed it to "the New World Order" or "The Third Way". No matter what one calls it, it always remains the same old story - "We will improve your living conditions if we have to kill all of you to prove it."

Those who decline the invitation to embrace the vision are not just ungrateful: they are traitors to the cause of human perfection. Dissent is therefore not mere disagreement but treachery. Treachery is properly met not with arguments but (as circumstances permit) the guillotine, the concentration camp, the purge.

Which is why socialists are not merely "the loyal opposition", but mortal enemies of freedom. Therefore, compromise with this kind of evil will never have a satisfactory outcome.
