"Jewish-souding" names or not, the elected officials listed have consistently gone out of their way to counter the Bill of Rights, oppose the constitution, and ensure the rise of socialism in America.

The bill mentioned is only one they have been involved with. They have introduced and supported a significant number of bills totally in defiance of their oaths of office to support the constitution.

These politicians and others like them - regardless of their heritage or their name - should be defeated if their actions help defeat America's heritage instead of promoting it. This is not bigotry, it is the only hope for our country and society.

This is an Israeli/Jewish thread. If this thread were about black Americans, or gay Americans, I would mention those in Congress who work against the interest of America too.

Lieberman was the one who stood up and said he would filibuster ANWR. Because of their faith had Lieberman or any of the others I cited stood up and said we need to drill in America to ensure our security and the security of Israel, the bill would have passed in one minute.

Since when did Free Republic become a politically correct zone? Your attacks are what I expect on a liberal forum, not Free Republic.

I sincerely believe the Senators I cited are working against Israel's best interests and the interests of America. Defeating them is far more important than buying some trinkets or sending money to the groups mentioned in the article.

As I recall, Free Republic was set up to advance the cause of conservatism, restore a constitutional republic, not to fund raise for Israel and defend very liberal Senators by calling those who oppose them names.

You have to understand that a thread about Israel makes Larry think about Jews, who should be targeted. It's how his mind works.

Larry is selective in the Dems he targets for defeat. I don't think the rest should get a pass just because they're not Jewish, so here they are. I oppose them all, not just the boldface ones, and would like to see them defeated.

I would argue that our foreing aid doesn't help Israel because then to avoid looking like we favor Israel after giving them the money we have to ask them to show "restraint" to appease the Arab oil states. If Israel didn't get that aid they would have solved the Pali problem long ago.
