"I won't have f***ing bubbles! I'm the Prince of f***ing Darkness, Sharon!'' A man has to protect his image. Ozzy with bubbles is like Hank Hill with a glass of white wine.
Sharon!!!

The group's most well-known album, "Paranoid," released in 1971, includes the famous title cut as well as "Iron Man," songs that portend a demonic apocalypse. "Paranoid" is about a "demonic apocalypse"? I always thought it was about being paranoid over a relationship with a woman. And "Iron Man" is just a bad horror movie plot.
"War Pigs", on the other hand ...

I won't let my husband watch this when I'm home. He tapes it. I have never seen anything so vulgar in my life. The language is awful. These people make the jerks on Friends look smart!

The man is a walking PSA against alcoholism and illegal drug use. May his show triple in ratings!

To tell the truth, I always thought Ozzy was scary and I am not into his kind of music. But I am so addicted to this show. I have not watched MTV for years either.

I have not seen MTV since Hungry Eyes was popular. It's an oldie now! I am not entertained by TV much however my husband watches it a lot. I had to watch the show just to see what everyone was talking about. I cant stomach the foul language............

Multiple Ozzfest veteran bump (all at Pittsburgh's Starlake Amphitheatre). Saturday Night Live's "Osbournes" skit this past week was great. Remember the old Ozzy skit in which Tim Meadows plays a waiter who tells the customer to "Shut up and listen to the Ozzy."
Oz is on a roll.

A lot of kids watch it. The Osbourne's is the best anti-drug PSA ever made. One of my kids described Ozzy as "totally cracked out", showing Ozzy as an example of a drug lifestyle, is a great example to kids about the damgers of drugs and the results of overindulgence.
I love the Frank Sinatra style interpretation of Ozzy's Crazy Train used as the show's theme song.

I can accept that explanation. Even my son said that. Given that however, if someone will try to duplicate life threatening stunts, why wouldn't they look at some of the stupid things he does and go out and do it? Hummmmmmmmmm, I can't wait to see how many young men will go to the vagina doctor. Hey......this might be fun after all!!

There is an unsigned band on MP3.com called "Substance Music", their whole deal is to sing about drugs and drug users in the most descriptive, negative ways possible. Their songs "G.H.B." and "Speed" are classic. I do believe this band is the vanguard of a new movement in music, and I like what I'm seeing so far.
It's about time people woke up the fact that there is nothing "glamorous" about drugs or drug addicts. Like all forms of insanity, it has nothing but raw pain at the core, and nothing but pain to offer. Hopefully people will watch Ozzy at home and learn this hard truth for themselves.

I am still laughing my ass off from when ozzy fell over in the chair in episode 5! I need to download a few more episodes - I don't have cable, so I resort to getting episodes from KaZaA.

I guess that I live on another planet. I watched last week only bcause of that statement by Bush that he had seen it. That was the most boring 20 minutes of absolute nothingness from people that are tragically illiterate to the world, have nada/sip/nothing of social value to present to a culture. This Ossie guy , first I could not understand one word that he said, this subservient wife & a couple of mixed up teenagers. I feel sorry for them & so blessed that my two boys, who are teenagers, have goals & are working to become the best that nature has offer them. Personally, I learned from that 20 min. but was a total waist of valuable time - as most TV is.

I think the show is good because the family is basically decent in spite of everything, even the 'prince of darkness' can raise kids who care what their parents think, tattle on each other, and aren't especially wild. Sort of an Adams family.

There has been a radical sobriety movement called "Straight-Edge" for about 20 years now. It's proponents are generally hardcore punk bands, such as Minor Threat. It's out there, it just doesn't get on mtv.

...I love the Frank Sinatra style interpretation of Ozzy's Crazy Train used as the show's theme songI never would have recognized the theme as "Crazy Train" if you hadn't pointed it out. I wonder how many others who know the song like me, but aren't real familiar with the lyrics, have made the connection.
To: Flashlight
I recognized enough of the lyrics. I knew I had heard the song, but couldn't place it, when I realized what it was, it was too perfect. Cracked out 60's sitcom! LOL
