Carville Fumes at White House Correspondence Dinner Joke
Top Clinton strategist and CNN "Crossfire" cohost James Carville appeared visibly angry Saturday night when comedian Drew Carey entertained the crowd at the annual White House Correspondence Dinner by poking fun at the Democrat's 2000 presidential election loss.
Comparing disgruntled Democrats to Arabs who remain unconvinced that Osama bin Laden was responsible for the 9-11 attacks, Carey told the crowd:
"You know, those Arabs out there, they're not gonna believe anything you do. They don't believe the other tapes we got of Osama bin Laden. They all say it's fake."
Then Carey added, "Isn't that annoying. You get these tapes, here's Osama and they go, 'No, you faked it. The United States faked it.' It's like trying to convince the Democrats they really lost the election."
As the crowd roared, C-Span cameras zeroed in on Washington power couple James Carville and Mary Matalin. While Matalin threw her head back in hearty laughter, a scowling Carville looked steamed and finally erupted with a verbal outburst that C-Span microphones did not pick up.
Carey seemed to take notice of Carville's reaction and began to rub it in:
"He won. They lost. That's what happened. There was no theft or rigging or none of that crap. He won! You lost!"

L.N. Smithee was referring to Carville's book, not Carey's. :) Thanks. It occurred to me after I posted that this was most likely a mistake. I figured he had been thinking about a book written by Al Franken or Michael Moore(spit,puke).

I noticed that Carville looked positively and totally evil. He looked and is so full of evil, I still cannot understand Mary Matelin being with him.
Drew Carey's comments about the election also included this: He said there was no election theft attempt going on. There were just people who, instead of voting like this - (and he demonstrates voting like one usually votes - one mark against a candidates name) - they voted like this - (and he flings his voting hand all over the place wildly - showing the idiocy of the Florida voters who supposedly couldn't figure out how to makr their ballots correctly so they voted for everybody on the ballot....)
That part of Carey's joke got the biggest laugh.
How nice that Carville was not happy to hear his liberal friends laughing at the Strategy numero UNO of the Democreeps.....!

Does anybody know when CSPAN will show this broadcast again?
(It replayed at 11 PM and early this am on Cspan but I will bet a million cspan will NOT show it again as Cspan is now in the pocket of Hillary with some of her apparatchnik's working there)
But check the cspan home page and maybe it will show something different. There is a thread that Hillary's Lovely Legs posted - LIVE - ongoing comments for more insight. Early in the event - the attendees were rude and the early jokesters were rude. But when President Bush began speaking - everybody quieted down and he was absolutely excellent. Carey started out sort of slowly, but he slammed the "Bush lost" Demonflop strategery quite effectively which is why Car-evil-le was so upset.

I missed several of the episodes but managed to tape episodes 2-6 and 10 until the end. I watched Drew. I thought he looled a little nervous at first but he was funny. Some on the live thread said he was bombing but I laughed. One subtle dig he made that noone has mentioned was the remark about having made lots of money. I forget what was actually said but after reading the threads I think he was telling the leftists in hollywood that they may think they can get even with him for this but "I am too rich already so I dont care" Anyone else get this?

I couldn't help but notice how Bill Clinton's 2000 farewell WHCD was a tribute to himself...Clinton is so full of himself it's sickening. Fitting, wasn't it, that Clinton's tribute to himself included three thefts of the vending machine?

Well, now we know where one of Harry Browne's 382,892 votes came from last November: From comedian and TV star Drew Carey.
In the January 20 Washington Post, Carey said he had voted for Browne for president, and added, "I can't wait for a Libertarian to become president."
Carey, 42, had been in Washington, DC to emcee the Ohio Inaugural Ball, after being invited by George W. Bush's inaugural staff -- apparently at the personal request of the president.
"Dubya asked for me by name," he recounted. "I told them I didn't vote for him, but they still said OK."
Although not a Libertarian Party member, Carey has long been linked to the libertarian movement: He is a financial supporter of the Reason Foundation, and has engaged in well-publicized civil disobedience against California's anti-smoking laws.

How many times did we have to listen to this lying snake smear good people and support the Rapist, Impeached, Criminal EX-president with lies, smears, and innuendos? How the hell does he get off thinking no one has the right to state what is obvious to them?
Typical liberal. Thinks anything he says is funny and true, but woe to them who disagree. They get venom. If I ever saw his serpent head in public I'd be hard pressed not to knock the livin' snot out of it!!!!!
