From the Rush Limbaugh program Thurs May 16:
RUSH: By the way, folks, just something here that might prove a little disheartening to those of you on the left, this just a reminder from Diana Schneider, the editrix of The Limbaugh Letter, the nation's most widely read political newsletter, even the hijackers didn't know their ultimate target until D-Day. Osama bin Laden said so on one of his tapes. The only way to really guarantee the success of the operation from his perspective was to not even tell the agents involved what they were doing. Some of them didn't know, when they got on those airplanes, that they were suicide missions. You remember that? Now, in the hijackers themselves didn't know that they were going into their own martyrdom and going to meet those 70 olive-eating virgins up there, how was anybody in the United States supposed to know? They didn't even know themselves. Osama didn't tell them. Yet we're supposed to have the ability to figure it all out from a couple of FBI reports out of Phoenix.
