Jorge Bush is far from perfect - on gun issues included; he hasn't pushed repeal of Klinton-era antigun laws.

But he's driven antigun nuts crazy since he took office. Got Ashcroft in as AG. Told the UN to go to hell about global gun control. Let Ashcroft take a pro-individual-gun-rights stand on the Second Amendment.

Zero antigun legislation has moved - much less been passed - by Congress since Bush took office.

Save your whining till he starts doing wrong.

Limbaugh, along with the rest of the Republican amen corner in the media, reassure us that Bush's motives are pure and that he "knows what's good for the country." So when GWB supports restrictions on our freedom, he "must know what he is doing," so they put their blessing on it.

First of all every idiot going through the airports will be bitching and spitting holy hell if they really crack down and do real security on them.

Second, every left wing wacko has been screaming the last two days since the adminstration announced fingerprinting oof arabs comming in the country--they're yelling holy hell and it's hardly anything any non criminal cares about.

Finally, 90% of the country isn't a nut that thinks we need to batton the hatches and live in a cacoon like PJB and a few others or threaten to nuke someone everytime we get threatened.

One last thing: reagan didn't do squat afer nearly 300 marines got blown up in Beruit on US Soil so stop saying he'd be doing more the Bush is now !

Let's go a step further. Abolish the FBI, CIA, and ATF. There is nothing in the constitution that authorizes Federal Police Forces, and these three agencies have proven their incompetence and ineptitude, as well as proving that they are out of control and infringing on the Constitutional rights of the American Citizens. The INS is another agency that does not do its job, and is a contributing factor in the reign of foreign terrorists. Let the public be armed and we will have less to fear from terrorists from without or within. An armed populace is a safe populace.
