When will people realize that Chavez is a PUPPETT Of Castro. Why has Cuba not been declared part of the AXIS OF EVIL.. We have people going to Cuba and talking to Castro about business opportunities and smoking Habaneros with him. I have not heard anything new in the media about Castro's connections to IRAQ and Al-Qaeda and Iran. Folks its time to wakeup and smell the coffee. Lets keep the embargo against Castro. People need to demand that Castro's henchmen leave Venezuela. He is certainly interfering in the internal affairs of Venezuela.

It will be dealt with by and by.

One thing for sure, if this guy's story checks out, then Hugo Chavez is eligible for targeting under the Bush Doctrine.

"...he [Chavez] stated that...The United States brought the attacks upon itself..."

Isn't that fairly close to what lil billy said in his Georgetown speech?

Greetings shanec, Freepers, et al:

Nice post shanec! The sooner Chavez falls, it seems the better Venezuela, and the rest of the free world will be.

Will this ever be on the network news???

The real shame of all this, is that the Venezuelan people know exactly what they are up against there, but via our media here we are oblivious!

Many of the Opposition to Chavez marchers banners below carry similar themes of "NO CUBA HERE!"

We could hope here in the USA for no better allies than the Venezuelan people. According to the just published 2002 Global Attitudes Survey by the Pew Research Center in Washington; 82% have a favorable opinion of the USA, and that is amongst the highest ratings of all the 44 countries surveyed! And, in regard to supporting the US led war on terrorism, 79% favor it while only 20% oppose it! (What's the %'s for/against for that question in the USA right now?!?)

Clearly, no country in South America holds more promise for being a strong and effective ally and supporter of the USA, perhaps none better in this entire Hemisphere, *when* Chavez is gone and remnants of his regime are fully rooted out.

Also, though, there is no current government in this hemisphere that is a more "Clear & Present Danger" to the USA with the continuation and expansion of Hugo Chavez's goals & plans!

Can the $1mil be traced back to chavez? If it can be proven, Chavez's head should be on a stake planted on the WTC site.

If proven true, Chavez is a terrorist. It is time for the CIA to begin to kill our enemies before they kill us. In this case, make him speak English first, then dispatch him.

Time for the CIA with their new marching orders to go AT&T and Reach Out and Touch HuGo! The Venezuelans deserve so much better.

Should be a relatively simple task.

Interesting stuff. (I lived in Caracas for three years, during Chavez's coup attempt, and I had an office in Plaza Altamira.)

They had no choice. The prisoners were threatening to riot because of his stench.
