Imad Khadduri, a former Iraqi nuclear scientist who immigrated to Canada in 1999 and works as a college computer instructor in Toronto was equally skeptical. "The so-called evidence provided is threadbare," he said. Allegations about nuclear weapons "are flimsy, they are not true and I can disprove all of them with facts, because I lived them."

Dr. Qadir Hamsa lived them too, and he was the head of the Iraqi nuclear program for a decade. ....And it's Hamsa's contention that the Iraqi bio-chem weapons stockpile is tremendous, and its nuclear program is very close to engineering it's first fission device.
