Yeah, I was out of the shot at the press table. You have to understand that when CSPAN panned to see the crowd so far as the monument, they were just panning 180 degrees. They didn't (i'm not sure their camera let them, but anyway they didn't) pan the other 180 degrees counterclockwise, which would take them by my press table.

"i'm not sure their camera let them"....pan right

I noticed that. There was a camera to the right of them and he couldn't pan to the right. I think the C-Span camera man did a great job....overall. I particularly liked how he panned the vets at the end.
Great job camera man. That was a long and lonly job.

Lets not forget the sound person from C-Span, the lonly job that nobody notices. She too did a great job.

This was NOT an easy job for the C-SPAN tecs. One camera, one sound person, no master truck, cold and wet. Great job C-SPAN.

Brian Lamb, give them a raise.

Well then, next time, take a break and stroll past the camera a couple times so we can see you. ;-)

Seriously, your dedication is amazing. You guys back there in DC are doing a great job!
