It started this afternoon. ALL I am getting is Latest Post style threads instead of the usual Latest Articles style. It's making it hard to navigate. What is wrong? I tried to come in through the front page but the cookies wouldn't let me.Thanks

For reasons I truly not do understand, a number of threads I posted to tonight to got pulled from News / Activision. Now, that's okay. It isn't my board. As far as I'm concerned, J&J can run it however they want. I would, however, like to know what the rules are. It is very annoying to spend fifteen minutes writing what you think will be an accepable post, only to go back and find that the entire thread has been yanked. There was *nothing* about any of those (the threads) that I thought was least bit objectionable. They were on...

You now have the ability to add keywords to existing articles. In the KEYWORD column, click "Add Keyword" to access the form. You must be logged in to use this function. For security and cleanup duty, keywords added via "Add Keyword" are logged with your user id, though currently only moderators can view this information (though that may change in the future.) Use this feature as an ad hoc topic system and replacement for the deprecated bump list register.

The Freepathons are hard work for those of us who work the threads and the incoming donations. When donations come in it is our reward, no matter how small they are. We spend our time thanking the donor, posting amongst our selves, etc. When it gets quiet and hours go by without any incoming donations it gets very frustrating. So we go out and carpet bomb the threads to create more incoming donations.Here is where the problem starts. If you don't like our appeals, just scroll past them or DONATE. The sooner we reach or goal the sooner the bombs...

Threads posted prior to 9/4/01 are temporarily locked. These threads use older technology which has yet to be fully integrated with the new system. In the meantime, to carry-over such threads into the new system, posters will be required to repost the article. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We now offer the ability for users to add an existing, previously posted thread to a topic or list of topics. This feature will support the migration of the bump list register to topics. This new feature is found via the thread page (posts), in the righthand TOPICS column, and is labelled "Click to Add Topic". Clicking the link will bring up a form, which currently only prompts for a list of comma-separated topics. In the future, this will be a comprehensive topic select screen.
