Jake Angeli's first attorney convinced him to accept what turned out to be a terrible plea deal. He plead guilty to "obstructing an official proceeding." He received the minimum sentence: 41 months.
Angeli's current attorney sounds uncertain about what will now be legally necessary to get him out of prison.

When Democrats pick the judges, the judges will behave as DICTATORS. It’s not that hard to understand, and that I why I always tell people that letting Democrats win, because their particular Republican isn’t ‘pure enough’ for them, DOES NOT do anyone any good, nor does it ‘teach the GOP a lesson’. All it does is bring us that much closer to an American version of Stalin running the country.
