Thanks for posting. Dr. Jack Wheeler told me this several months ago. He told me the USSR would collapse a few months before it did.
I never had any doubt that any apparent cooperation between Russia and China was being done - from China’s point of view - solely for China’s benefit, and that they were playing a double-game with Russia.
It’s also in demographic collapse.
