Without more Republicans in Congress, we were forced to increase spending on things we do not like or want in order to finally, after many years of depletion, take care of our Military. Sadly, we needed some Dem votes for passage. Must elect more Republicans in 2018 Election!

For openers, Trump needs to come to grips with the fact that there are almost no real Republicans in either House, and that’s critically true of the Senate. We have eight seats up in November and the RATs have something like 27 when you add in the two “independent” Communists who caucus with them. And it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to really have the Senate under full control. The problem is that the $hit there right now with R’s after their names almost without exception need replacement. And about the current 8: ALL OF THEM NEED TO GO! Thankfully two have already “opted out,” but their replacements are also $hit!

Well AC, there is a scintilla truth to what the guy is saying, because we haven’t “had the Senate” even though we have the Senate, because of the current
100% $hit GOP Senators that are there. Name me one Senator that deserves his seat! Maybe Grassley, possibly Lee, and in a stretch, Cruz. Some of them are so effing old, I’ll wager it’s a major achievement for them to take their morning dump and tie their shoes.

If so then President is free to choose the battles out in the open without the confusion of gov shutdowns looming, etc. He can cut to the chase and is not held hostage by the left or GOPe.
