NO, they were not illegal aliens at the time their licenses were issued. They had students visas, and were issued licenses based on the fact that while they were here, they had to drive. Now, what does the fact that the hijackers had driver's licenses, issued to them prior to their becoming illegal aliens, have to do with Jeb Bush (allegedly) saying that illegal aliens should be able to get driver's licenses Joe?Bush's plan would make it even easier for terrorists to get driver's licenses thatn it already is.

And Bush's plan is wrong...said it more than once on this thread already.
But Bush's plan, and the fact that the hijackers had driver's licenses are not connected in any way because the hijackers were not illegal aliens at the time they were issued the licenses.
I thought you could read?

Bush's plan would make it even easier for terrorists to get driver's licenses thatn it already is.Putting aside the terrorist angle (which is hard to do), it's still rewarding illegal behavior and that makes me doubly against it (poor phrasing I know).
Simple solution, vote him out of office, end the "Bush dynasty" that some want to build.
