What I want to know is if there are rules within the Flordia bar about publically disrespecting/libeling officers of the court. Joe baby is a lawyer in Penascola and had been mocking in a public forum an elected official who has rendered judgement based on the facts presented to him.
I don't know if FL has such a statute or not.
Joe may find himself in some hot water w/the FL Bar.
That's strange. I didn't realize the admins could restrict a person to one section of the forum. If they can restrict people to a certain area, I have no problem with that. If they have done that to *you*, that bothers me. I've disagreed with much of what you say but you have challenged me to think.
Perhaps it was a temporary glitch in the system or your 'puter. Maybe you should try making that post again.

Unfortunately, far too many people are busily forming a circular firing squad. I think I will just continue to keep my head down here and keep praying for sanity to break out among conservatives.
Apparently, Jeb thinks Michael Schiavo has no feelings in all of this. The official condolences from the Governor's office do not mention him.
Chad that is not my way I say what I mean we are in trouble here on even going down that road of Euthanaisa.....Yet there are real cases where mercy is needed mean doing all one can do to help one in comfort and not doing things to prolong a situation...... this was NOT one of them no matter how much you try to say it was for the best.... IMHO.....NOT IN THIS CASE!
