Wrong.

None of those things trump the fundamental God-given right to life, or justify killing an uncharged and unconvicted American citizen by the government.

Your legalistic smokescreen will never cover up this basic fact.

Go on arguing that process is more important than the Bill of Rights, but thinking people aren't listening to it anymore.

Mere lip service is a grave disservice when faced with a question of life and death.

When the argument that the ends justify the means is advanced, it's no longer a matter of being unaware, it's a matter of not caring, IMO.
