Who is Jamie, and what is her/his involvement in the Holloway case?
She wanted us to consider the whole picture, among other things. When someone who has been to hell and back, still dealing with the consequences of a bullet to her own son's head, I get a grip and listen up. If she can still be charitable and display compassion for all the people involved in this saga, then I can as well.
Calling it psychobabble with all she's still going through is just plain cold hearted. Walk in this woman's shoes, then see if ya'll are big enough to still be objective.

I did not use the word psychobabble.
Charity and compassion are due to the Holloways. The van Sloots who have obstructed, lied, refused to tell what they know are due contempt.
To state that both sides deserve compassion is foolish. I am walking in Nat Holloways mother's shoes and for me that is enough to know that all involved are not morally equivalent or due compassion.
I have consider the whole picture and am as entitled to my view and the original poster, whom I did not respond to,is due hers.
So lecture someone else.
Jamie is said to be Joran's best friend. He has no known connection to the case. Some of the ones chasing connections on every name that comes in (as information) checked and found Jamie's web site. His comments there are all about the girls he is attraacting and getting to know via the inter-net. At least there was not any thing else there when I was there.

Putting people down who have different opinions contrary to ours on these threads is counterproductive.

Good grief, info about that Joran character's reputation says he is one sick puppy as are the kids he hangs with. Lets hope they dont release him. I still wonder what aruban prosecution would do if they find true hard evidence this kid did it, will they than charge him? Certainly they would or will this go as an unsolved crime.

Joran's motoher is a far less sympathetic person to me, Joran is alive. I haven't bashed the woman. But I have defended and will continue to defend the Holloways. And will not view them in the same light of sympathy as the parents of this boy, the same parents who allowed him to grow up as he has, and probably the same parents who know what happened to her. The parents who advised him to keep silent.
There is no moral equivalence here. If you don't like it, you pound sand.

Lock step? I have seen many many many different opinions regarding the events from May 29/30. Praise goes to the posters who tirelessly sought information and posted it and updated others when some info was confirmed or not. When you are dealing w/lies and corruption, it was not an easy task.

The ONLY venom I have seen are those who speak ill of Natalee and her parents. And those who make comments about what Natalee and/or her parents should have done or shouldn't have done.
The Holloway's are the victims here. and when one tries to muddy the waters by finger pointing at the victims - they are, in essence, "covering" the lies/corruption from those who want to save their own skin and are not concerned with TRUTH. There is good and their is evil - there is no in between. However, those that muddy the waters are trying to create an 'in between'.
Those against EVIL will and should stand up for those searching for TRUTH. And if you think that is venom - I submit - stand in Natalee's shoes, stand in her parents shoes - for you have no idea what venom is.
There for the grace of God go anyone of us. We don't know what tomorrow brings so it's not too wise to point fingers at the those searching for truth and/or victims nor cover for that that do, because we all reap what we sow, more than we sow, later than we sow.
'Live and let live' with evil may be your stance in life but those who value truth, life and justice, do NOT bow to evil/lies/deception.
Hey! Excellent idea. They just haven't thought of it yet. They keep expanding to new cities. The latest "CSI LA" may be the one that overkills the idea.
There is not a big divers series on and hasn't been for awhile to my knowledge. Years ago there was the Loyd Bridges series that was popular. Definitely time for a new one.
Without a confession, a body or eye witnesses there will be a difficult time convicting anyone.
Even if Joran did rape or kill; there will be influences to create strong doubt.
It is the justice system. Based on the reality it is better to release a guilty person that falsely convict an innocent one.
Time will tell.
