Ding ding ding. The only thing that Gives Obama any power the U.S. is his command over a military loyal to the Constitution alone. If Obama is determined to be constitutionally illegitimate then it's over and he has to leave office. Well, unless he wants to try to bypass the Constitutional system as happened in Honduras, that is.
