Your link is if BOTH parents were citizens (albeit not married). Immigration law specifically dictates that if ONE parent is not a citizen, then the parent that IS a citizen must have lived in the US for at least ten years, five of which over the age of 16. Ann was only 18 and Obama’s father was not a US citizen.

I’ve read earlier posts where the law read 14...

What was it in 1961 ???

I have heard that before, but my link does not say any of that. Do you have a link and, if so, which is the most current??
