Regarding those vital records, many of us have commented that the simple fact may just be that what appears on his birth certificate is rather trivial, but could be in COMPLETE discordance with his scripted story, especially in his autobiographies, therefore being the *embarrassment* of LIES about his authentic past.

Larry makes a lot of assumptions.
I wonder if Obama owns land back in Kenya that he may have inherited if he was born there, under Islamic Law, when part of the "Coastal Province" was called the "Republic of Kenya" in 1963.
I also wonder if there's a birth announcement in the Mombasa Times circa Aug. 4, 1964.

That's all well known now, except maybe the Barry Soetoro part, which is trivial. It's no reason to keep the BC "private".
No there's something else. But I sure can't fathom what it might be if it's not something that makes him ineligible.
It could be as simple as the fact that the long form states exactly who is father was, along with his father's birthplace. Once released, that becomes "official", and could lead to an ineligibility, based on not having two US citizen parents. Could be he's keeping that fact "unofficial", so that it can't be used to attack him "officially".
Sort of like Chester Arthur keep his father's lack of US Citizenship at the time of his birth secret, going to far as to burn many of his papers. Of course Arthur's father did become a citizen, and had been what we would call today a legal permanent resident alien. Unlike BHO Sr, who was merely a visitor in the US on a student visa.

His verbal slips - “...my Muslim faith... - and actions - his book ‘Audacity of Hope’ is titled in Indonesian, ‘Jihad: From Jakarta To The White House’ - hardly the book title of a Christian - and then there is that bow to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia.
During the 80s all his college roommates were Muslim. And then there is the puzzling absence of college admission forms. There is no evidence he returned to the U.S. in September 1981 to attend Columbia.
The reason I bring this last part up is because no one who was taking the same classes he should have been taking then remembers him. But that would certainly be the case if he started at Columbia in January, 1982, rather than September 1981. So why is this important? The Hajj at Mecca occurred in October of 1981. He was in Pakistan visiting with people who were officials in the Pakistani government. So close to Arabia - well, why not go on pilgrimage!
I doubt he will ever admit it, but I think he is a devout Muslim and hiding it. He sure dislikes Israel.
