Obama and his attorney are acting like frightened 5 year olds. In his letter he ignores the other 2 attorneys, but is pretty much saying ‘I am afraid of Orly”.
See the letter attached. What Obama is asking now, is totally insane. He is asking the Secretary of State of GA to take the trial away from the judge on the eve of the trial. He is mostly crying on the shoulder of the Secretary of State of GA and saying that Orly is bad, because she issued all of those subpoenas. So after the judge told Obama, that the subpoena, that I issued was perfectly valid and he had to appear in court tomorrow and bring with him all of the documents, that I demanded, Obama decided to go behind the back of the judge and send the same complaint about me to the Secretary of State and he is asking the Secretary of State to take the trial away from the judge.
Does this look like a behavior of an innocent person? An innocent person would have come to court and showed all the valid documents with the embossed seals, which are verifiable. Instead he is acting like a 5 year old brat, saying “I am afraid of Orly, I want the Secretary of State of GA to act like my mommy and protect me from Orly.” Some leader of a free world…
I will not diss Orly, since I believe her heart is in the right place. But, she isn’t doina any of us any favors by being in the limelight on this subject. Her case is not the case I am watching. I really don’t believe she understands that this is not about the certificate.
The whole issue is about the Natural born citizen clause. And if you have read any letter that has come out of any office including the DNC or his lawyers, they always talk about him being an American Citizen or a citizen or doubting his citizenship. They never divulge the constitutional issue of being a natural born citizen as per Article 2. They refuse to make any statement as to natural born. That is because they know that this is the issue that most of us are arguing on. Not the Birth certificate. I could care less about that.

OK, but is used as an adjective by the inclusion of ly. So am I to assume that this attorney is suggesting that the SoS issued the order for a hearing by mistake? So he will “withdraw” because this attorney says he is mistaken? I think not.

I am still surprised by how many people think this can be fixed by voting. I highly doubt there will be any kind of fair election, even if there was, do you honestly think anything will be that turned around? The reset button needs to be hit, and return to the original constitution, before any additions, and start over. This ship is too far beneath the waves to be re-floated and sailed.

Wow! What’s the authority for that? The right against self-incrimination is constitutional. It’s hard to imagine a regulatory body being granted extra-constitutional powers.
I’m not getting involved in the “debate” pro-birther, anti-birther, etc. I just want to point out that you shouldn’t really harbor any hopes of a decisive result of any kind tomorrow. At best, the Court will briefly convene, review the procedural status, including Jablonski’s letter, offer Taitz and any other counsel for the parties who appears to weigh in on the situation and then give some guidance on a procedure going forward. Even if he outright rejects Jablonski’s suggestions and his refusal to appear, he would, at best issue some kind of order for another date to hear why he shouldn’t hold Obama and possibly Jablonski in contempt for knowingly disregarding the subpoena.
Look, to one and all, there are valid arguments for and against pursuing these issues. I pray that it doesn’t have to be so contentious among the good patriots on this website. Leaving aside the political wisdom of pursuing the question of Obama’s eligibility to run for or to be President, isn’t it a burning question that should bother us no end? In legal circles, we use the phrase “colorable claim “ to describe a claim that has legs, has some apparent basis to be subjected to scrutiny and adjudication. It may seem, in some respects, unusual, even strange, but there is enough there there to clearly understand that it is not just concocted out of thin air.
So it is with Obama’s eligibility. Although the birth certificate issue has been awfully muddied, the question of NBC status seems like a very clear-cut issue. There is substantial precedent for the principle that NBC requires two American citizen parents and we know that Obama does not meet this definition. Obama’s spectacularly hypocritical lack of transparency regarding so many of his personal records only adds fuel to the fire of doubt about his status.
Please don’t flame me for this. I’m just saying that politics aside, isn’t the question a real question?
