In away...I work as an icu nurse and we’re seeing folks coming in just blitzed on this stuff as well as pure heroin, synthetic marijuana...it’s horrible. So a thread like this is a cathartic for me....because I hate what these drugs are doing to young people!

I had (until recently - RIP) a friend who lived in California.
He was prescribed medical pot and bought the synth stuff from a State controlled store.
He said the stuff was WAY stronger than street varieties and judging by the letters he wrote me, he was totally wasted most of the time.
