I live in a lily white neighborhood where everybody pays gobs of taxes of all types. There is no crime here even though we never see a cop. Guns are over-represented here, schools are clean and productive. I could go on, but won’t.
Your neighborhood is sue to be targeted for “minority housing”; urban populations are being dispersed via Section 8 because they need white taxpaying populations to feed, clothe, house, and school our permanent underclass. Like the Quartering Act that preceded the American Revolution (where colonists were required to provide room & board to British troops), your settlement will be required to do the same for preferred minorities.
