The latest LA Times/USC Nationwide Tracking poll has Donald Trump ahead of Hillary Clinton by six points! Maybe that poll is an outlier, a blip, mistaken in some way. And yet it’s not terribly out of step with other general election polls that have Trump ahead, even, or just a little behind.
Sure, polls go up and down during a race, and maybe Trump’s lead will evaporate now that Clinton is back on the campaign trail, demonstrating that her collapse at the 9-11 event was not as serious as it seemed.
But what if the lead doesn’t evaporate? What if on November 8th, more of your fellow Americans vote for the flimflam man with the yellow pompadour—an inconceivable thought not so long ago that’s suddenly at least conceivable?
Over the next three days, we’ll ask the obvious questions: What happens to America if Donald J. Trump is its 45th president? How will the Democratic Party respond? And what will you do?

They left out the obvious choice: recognize that they have gone too far to the Left, and adjust their party’s positions to reflect the view of their members..

The LA Times polls has been trying to catch the “slealth Trump” voters, and so always leads the other polls by about 5 points.
LOL! Right, and mine was one of them. And it was the truth, because if there is one commonality between the establishment wings of both parties, it is that they're never to blame. Of course they'll blame Bernie. And if Trump loses we'll blame the tremendous groundswell of support that Yeb!...oh, wait. That's only three votes. Never mind.
It is a big question whether or not the GOPe and the Democrats will acquiesce to a Trump win. Some of the left wing verbiage suggests not. That is scary to me. What if Obama refuses to recognize the electoral results. Harry Reid talks as if he will refuse to accept a Trump win.
It would be off-base to blame Yeb! if Trump loses, he was a non-entity in this election, now the Cubanadian on the other hand.......

I hope as President that Trump says “You’re fired” to the apparatchicks infesting the TSA/EPA/DOJ/VA/DeptEd/IRS/etc.
And he can take the Reagan approach and speak directly to the people

Ted is probably in jail as we speak.
And the post by Sheila dated September 17, 2016 at 5:10 pm wherein the lady asserts that Trump’s base is Angry White Males and that they will be emboldened to commit violent crimes against people of color, Muslims, and Jews and she goes on to cite a study from UC San Bernadino stating hate crimes against Muslims are up 78% from 2015 and that “many researchers” attribute this increase to Trump?????
