Old saying:
What is a woman? Take (i.e., Start with) a man; remove all reason and honor.
To paraphrase a modest book I once read:
Do not listen to what women say; watch what women do.
What women do - by and large - is choose Bad Boys and Success Objects, regardless of their protestations to the contrary.
I am equal opportunity:
Men are depraved human beings in need of a Savior.
Women are depraved human beings in need of a Savior.
Men have their advantage of physical and social power, which enables their predation on vulnerable women. I despise and denounce that.
But women find their own, more devious and psychological, ways of manipulating and damaging men.
And the men they often punish are the most decent and honest ones - while they reward the most indecent and dishonest ones.
Women want to be desired and seduced, and seduction is by definition dishonest on some level: It is inarguably manipulation.
So they choose the players, time after time, then after the second or third divorce, decide all men are dogs.
As a former minister who witnessed these things for decades in the institutionalized church, I came to these conclusions reluctantly and sadly.
