Used to like a lot of the things Harry said, but since he has started smoking that which he wishes to legalize, he has just become another politician passing water and telling me it is raining.

Oh to be able to return to the good ole days. When, if a person questioned your honesty, you could meet the pasty faced loser for a duel...

Excellent article.

Jefferson was right about the chains of the Constitution. Unfortunately, it no longer applies.

Iraq, which George Bush is dying to invade,

First of all, no one is dying to invade Iraq.

Second, I get the impression that Browne thinks the only way he can get some people to turn an ear towards his policy grievances is by questioning Bush's trustworthiness (and implicitly, his patriotism.)

If Krintoon and his administration had tried to get away with only half of the unconstitutional, liberty erasing measures passed under Bush, the self-described conservatives in this Country would be up in arms. I guess as long as it's "our man" doing the end-run against this Nation's founding principles, it's okay.

You're right, Harry. We can't trust Bush that bin Laden had anything to do with 9/11. No siree.

Once again, Harry Browne proves why he's more politically irrelevant than Cynthia McKinney.

Hey there, KW :) Yep, that's the size of it, I'm afraid.

Junior has violated nearly the entire Bill of Rights consistently, since he's been in office. Only one I can think of, offhand, that he HASN'T violated is the article about quartering troops in our homes.

But that's OK. After all, he's a born again Christian. And a Republican.

Check out Libertarians for Peace; their founder is an amazing hybrid.

During the campaign, Bush said he wanted a 1.3 trillion dollar tax cut, would restore dignity and honor to the white house, spend more on education, avoid partisan bickering, not make abortion an issue either way. This is what he said he would do and this is what he has done. I disagree with the education spending. But who do you want in the white house, gephart, dashale, hillary, gore ? It's Bush or one of those people and I will gladly, thankfully and enthusiastically take Bush.

Roger that. The Bush clan is, and always will be, the essence of the monarchy we overthrew more than 200 years ago.

These are the same tired names that surface everytime this debate rears its head. Can't we think of anyone else?

>>So does George Bush's record inspire confidence in his honesty?

100 Trillion more times than ANY liberal's level of honesty. That enough for you?

This is exactly how I feel. I do trust George W. Bush! I'm not ashamed of it and I don't care what you think about it.

I think at this very moment Saddam is trying to think of a way to kill more of us.

Would you rather live here with Bush or in Iraq with Saddam?
