Use the line item veto for starters. He would be a hero to the values voters who elected him and save lives in the process.

He won't even do that.

Removing $288.3 million in FY 2005 from Planned Parenthood would save MANY MANY lives and he could redirect it to abstinence education which would save even more lives.

But he's been funding PP and will continue, hence the title of my thread.
