The Constitution states:

Congress shall make NO LAW establishing ... nor prohibiting...

It is not the govt's duty to provide Christians (or others) a celebration area. But, a public location is paid for by taxpayers, not the govt - so it really has no right to deny the lawful, peaceful use of public facilities as long it allows all citizens the same opportunity.

The govt definitely has NO RIGHT to deny anyone the free expression of their religious beliefs. That is cause for revolution - just ask the forfathers of the USA why they had a revolution.

but do not forget these prophetic directive words from Antonio Gramsci (hillary's idol):

< snip >

...E. Both Capitalism and Judaeo-Christian culture must be destroyed before a Communist revolution can succeed
......1. Religious sentiment cannot be destroyed through legislation, as Lenin believed, but must be redirected from the divine to the state
.........a. Terror will only drive Religion underground
.........b. Religion will then reemerge when Leninism fails
.........c. So Religion must be destroyed in the minds of men
< snip >

We do NOT want the governemt to intervene and write laws creating a church!
