Missouri ACORN Workers Indicted, 35,000 Questionable Forms!
Four people have been indicted on charges of voter fraud in Kansas City, officials said Wednesday.Here is a report from last week on this growing scandal...
Investigators said about 35,000 questionable registration forms for new voters were collected by the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, a group that works to improve minority and low-income communities.
The four indicted -- Kwaim A. Stenson, Dale D. Franklin, Stephanie L. Davis and Brian Gardner -- were employed by ACORN as registration recruiters.
ACORN said it may be just honest mistakes that were made.

The U.S. Attorney's office says a federal grand jury handed up indictments this afternoon against four people who, the indictments claim, worked for the community group ACORN to register voters.Pubdef offered this update on the indictments:
The four face two felony counts each: of providing false information to the KC Election board, and of filing a false voter application with the board.
Each carries a 5 year/$250,000 fine penalty.
ACORN says it's happy the indictments were handed up -- they say they provided the names of three of the four indicted individuals, who, they say, no longer work for ACORN.
Said U.S. attorney Bradley Schlozman, in a statement: "Those who commit fraud in the electoral process dilute the votes of their fellow citizens."
UPDATE: The four indicted workers are Kwaim A. Stenson, age 19; Stephanie L. Davis (aka Latisha Reed), age 39; Brian Gardner, age 40; and Dale D. Franklin, age 44. Each are charged with two Class D felonies relating to submitting voter registration cards with false names and/or addresses.There is also an ongoing investigation of ACORN workers in St. Louis that is being conducted by federal investigators.

Wonder how many absentee ballots ACORN has sent in on McCaskle's behalf. Absentee balloting is a gold mine for the Dems vote fraud machine.
Yup that is exactly what the DUmmies have been doing. Most were voting absentee.

Th dems would be crazy to send in any votes for these registrations now. That would just widen the investigation.
They will have to throw all them away as a bad deal. Voter fraud just took a big hit in Missouri just in time for the election.

The reason the dems will steal elections by fraud is because they want to steal money from the rest of us.
I hope the Feds are tracking the financial backing of this group. This is the second or third election that they have been responsible for phoney registrations. If even ONE of those "registered" actually cast an absentee ballot, there ought to be a full fledged investigation and 5 years should be only a very, very small part of the punishment.
