Illinois State Grand Jury
The Illinois State Grand Jury made a leap forward this weekend by handing down their Grand Jury “presentments” against Barry Soetoro, AKA: Barack Obama.
Sponsored by American Grand Jury this group of 17 concerned citizens from the Land of Lincoln convened their jury to take care of business. They studied the testimony and evidence for over a week and made a final vote on Saturday, June 13th. After the voting was tallied all 17 jury members voted to indict Obama.
The following criminal allegations and complaints were voted upon:
COUNT ONE:
That Obama is NOT eligible under the laws of the Constitution of the United States as provided for in Article II, Section 1.
“No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..”
COUNT TWO:
The charge of “Treason” against Obama is before the people of the United States of America. That such complaint is CRIMINAL, of high crimes, and extremely damaging against the people.
It was a great day for the patriots in Illinois. Obama politics is a big problem for the State but hopefully these presentments will purge some of the stench coming off Obama as he moved from Illinois to becoming the notorious “usurper” in Washington.
The momentum is growing. American Grand Jury, Texas, Arkansas and now Illinois have a combined for a total of 9 Grand Jury indictments against Obama. The presentments are being served on Sheriffs, Judges, Courts and DA’s across the land. So far most of these liberal courts are trying to hide from acting upon the presentments but in the long run the numbers are starting to mount.
We are not fooling ourselves; we know it is going to take many more Grand Juries and possibly 100’s of filings to get the job done. Sooner or later the court system is going to be inundated with “presentments” against Obama. Public sentiment is growing against Obama and some of these courts will be forced to step up or lose complete credibility with the people.
The good news is that many people are responding to the American Grand Jury movement and are willing to serve. The June schedule is booked solid but we need jury members for the upcoming July Grand Juries.

In today's WND, Les Kinsolving had a scathing commentary on FOXNEW's anchor, Shepard Smith, for his "Diatribe against (alleged) 'crazies'" Les wrote that attorney John D Hemenway sent a second letter to Press Secretary Gibbs after his first one went unanswered.
In this second letter, John made two statements that are not just incorrect, but are embarrassingly false:
The Certification of Live Birth Obama had put on the Internet was put on a laser printer before laser printers were available. It has been denounced as a forgery by competent authorities from Hawaii's Department of Home Lands.
First of all, John is confusing the short-form COLB with the long-form birth "Certificate of Live Birth," a detailed certificate used in 1961 that was filled-out by the hospital and attending physician, either by hand and/or typewritten.
The short-form COLB is a computer-generated, laser-printed certificate that Hawaii's DOH began using in November 2001 as a replacement for making photocopies of the long-form birth certificate. The COLB is a transcript of a person's birth record and, as such, contains only a minimum amount of birth information.
Additionally confusing is linking the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to any graphical analysis of Obama's COLB image.
Moreover, it was sometime last year when I discovered that the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands will not accept the short-form COLB; that they would only accept a copy of the long-form birth certificate. As far as I can tell, I was the first person to do so.
However, if you have been following WND's continuing stories about Obama's Birth Certificate, especially the commentaries by the egocentric Editor-in-Chief, Joseph Farah, you would get the impression that Farah was first and foremost in this eligibility brouhaha, to the exclusion of all others.
Today's issue had, not one, but two self-ingratiating self-love fests in which Farah couldn't stop giving himself props for producing every "Expose" and "Exclusive" that just happens to have the keywords, Obama and birth certificate. If Joe gets any fuller of himself, he'll explode like the Hindenburg.
I don't have as much problem with his new-found narcissism (that must be rubbing off of Obama) as I do with the outright plagiarism of my work as well as the lifting of Beckwith's work without attribution. I believe that credit should be given where credit is due. Sometimes, however, others need to be reminded of this maxim.
The most egregious of thought thiefs is reporter, Chelsea Schilling, because her articles were written as if she, alone, made these discoveries exclsively for WND. As a result, Farah takes credit for things that are not his to claim.
Secondly, the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands had nothing, whatsoever, to do with any analysis of Obama's COLB, and we've known who was responsible for more than a year now.
Is it that hard to get the story straight?
On one side, Obama's COLB will be referenced as if it was an existing birth document produced by Hawaii, but one that lacks sufficient birth information to prove a person's natural-born citizen status.
On the opposite side (the correct one), Obama's COLB will be debunked as a fabricated forgery proving that Obama committed document fraud with Factcheck as an accomplice and coconspirator.
While everyone else has been running around, focusing only on the eligibility issue via the court system, and demanding that Obama release his original, "vault," long-form birth certificate, I have been "quietly" (**cough-cough**) pursuing the document fraud angle as the best chance of getting ZERO fired and Walpin reinstated.
Let's face it: SCOTUS is not likely to rule Obama ineligible, now that he's President. It would take an order of impeachment to do that. Congress could simplify life if it asked Obama to do what John McCain did to prove his eligibility, and Obama would politely reply, "I won, STFU!"
OR
Congress could play the end game, and impeach Obama for a whole litany of criminal acts, beginning with felony document fraud.
The role of SCOTUS is to be an interested spectator on the sidelines.
The forgery issue is one that WND CANNOT claim as their own, as Farah still does not buy into it.

‘...The Hawaiian answer, as it was a Democratic state and still is was to start registering all those foreign kids by the thousands. The purpose being to tap into all those federal hundreds of millions then which would profit the state. See all of those poverty programs flowed funds into the pockets of the retailers as the golden goose pipeline. If one makes citizens out of illegals, then Hawaii converts a debt into their asset in obtaining more funds and growing the socialist system which empowers Democratic liberals.
The fact is there are hundreds of thousands of Barack Obama’s registered in Hawaii. Do you think even a Republican governor sitting on this explosive mess wants any of this coming out? An entire state sold out the United States for filthy lucre, because they were importing Asian slave labor. That does not make a great headline, nor, did they probably ever expect a money train welfare illegal would somehow get hisself installed as President which would expose the entire Hawaiian fraud, and you know very well that all of those records would have to be gone through and verified so an Obama repeat would not occur, in all 50 states.
Talk about a nightmare huh? The nightmare would be the removal of Obama under Quo Warrantus which is being attempted now and 49 other states suing Hawaii for the money it would cost to check all of their records over the Hawaiian fraud...

Alvin Onaka, ‘65 Wins Award
According to a Rod Ohira story in the June 24 Honolulu Advertiser, ‘Iolani graduate Alvin Onaka, a member of the class of 1965 recently won a presitigious award for his pioneering work in the field of vital statistics.
The Advertiser story recounts, “Onaka, the state registrar of vital statistics and chief of the Department of Health’s Office of Health Status Monitoring, was presented the 27th Halbert L. Dunn Award for his international, national and state level demographic and public health contributions in a 40-plus year career.”

Thummalapally was President 0bama’s ROOMMATE at Occidental College in 1979. As Barbara and Vinai Thummalapally described it in the Colorado Springs Gazette, they “used to party with (the president) in college. He was the guy who’d drink a few beers, maybe take a toke, stay up until 4 a.m. then excuse himself to crank out an ‘A’ paper due that morning...He was Barry, the mellow guy in the leather jacket, dragging on a cigarette.”
Apart from the juvenile collegiate behavior described here, were we aware before who was his roomate in Occidental—not just a college friend but the actual roomate? In the comments section, this one stood out from a Jon Hendricks:
“His roommate at Occidental was a foreign born student. That makes him a foreign born student too. Having gone to an
international college, I know that is how they do it.”
I have no idea of whether this is true or not but it seems to me that it opens a path of research that could help determine on what basis 0 was given admission to Occidental. If it is true then it would show that he definitely had to have applied as a foreign student and would have had to supply proper documentation to justify that. Could this be one of the little “leaks”?

Perhaps its their predilection for the outdoors and active traveling, but people from Colorado seem to end up in Belize in disproportionate numbers than other travelers and expatriates. I myself bounce between Boulder and Belize and I’ve met many-a reformed mile-higher who has opened a bed-n-breakfast or dive shop in Placencia, Hopkins, and Ambergris Caye.
Well, get ready to add one more Coloradan-in-Belize to the list: As reported in the Times of India, “President Barack Obama has nominated on old Indian college classmate and buddy of his to be the American ambassador to the tiny Central American nation of Belize, in keeping with the American tradition of rewarding political contributors, personal friends, and party groupies with sinecures.”
Thummalapally’s main claim to fame seems to be speaking candidly to the press about his old college friend, who he called “a cool guy who drank a few beers, smoked a lot, partied till the wee hours of the morning, but would still crank out a paper due later in the day and get brilliant grades.”

During the late ‘60s, I worked for a large midwestern University. One of my jobs was to make dormitory assignments. We ALWAYS placed foreign exchange students together as roommates.
Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to officially verify this practice?
I’ve been trying to find something, but so far, nil. At our university, it was common practice, if not policy.
I did find that “O” lived in Haines Hall at Occidental.
I’ll delve a bit deeper if I can find some time.
